Shining bright on the runway of World MasterCard Fashion
Week, The Bustle Spring/Summer 2013 collection from designers Shawn Hewson and
Ruth Promislow was a highlight of the week. The presentation was the closing
finale of its night and featured tailored, high-gloss suits, striped suited
separates, floral safari looks, and bold monochromatic patterns. Several items
also had a bit of an 80s flair, including a light bomber jacket with a large image of a family of zebras embroidered onto its back,
which reminded THE BRUNETTES of the oh-so-cool scorpion version that Ryan Gosling wears in ‘Drive’. John of THE BRUNETTES was so excited about this collection that he had to wear a piece of
Bustle to the show himself with this hunting-inspired jacket.
